		<description>I was walking downtown yesterday while the marijuana supporters were protesting along with the Tamil protesters. There were cops everywhere, people were smiling, laughing, being thoughtful.  Not one person looked disgruntled or upset.  I thought to myself what a great city, filled with such tolerance and good humor.  And Wellington St is so nice.  
I do think we need to be wary of new construction downtown - get away from the oatmeal look and look for some more dynamic, make a statement architecture.
