There were cops everywhere, people were smiling, laughing, being thoughtful. Not one person looked disgruntled or upset. I thought to myself what a great city, filled with such tolerance and good humor. And Wellington St is so nice. I do think we need to be wary of new construction downtown - get away from the oatmeal look and look for some more dynamic, make a statement architecture. I really like your blog, by the way.
