I’ve been to the new Ikea twice since it opened – a quick run-through the Thursday evening after opening day (not too crazy except for the cashes), and to pick up some frames last Friday morning. It was about 10:15 – the parking lot was pretty packed, but I went in backwards because the frames are the last thing before the warehouse & cashes, and there was nobody there. Takes a while to walk 1.3kms if you start at the beginning of the trek!

Agreed! Quick to learn doesn’t always mean fast to act. I am increasingly convinced that it’s best when we give ourselves time to ‘integrate’ our thoughts and ideas. That way, our understanding is the result of conscious reflection rather than pure consumption. And, yes. Listening to your body…especially on the subject of sleep…can definitely have a positive affect. Thanks for reading & sharing Katherine! kc
